The a/c system requires recovering refrigerant before proceeding to remove the Evaporator tube to txv nut and disconnecting the Evaporator outlet and inlet tube from the txv. The sealing washers should get discarded before applying immediate caps and tape to the open Evaporator tubes to stop refrigerant system contamination. Then secure the Evaporator inlet and outlet tube caps followed by removing the txv to Evaporator bolts while taking out the txv from the Evaporator core. Throw out the sealing washers once more.
