To replace the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor, remove first the Starter and also disconnect the ckp sensor's electrical connector. Clean the area of the ckp sensor to avoid the debris from entering the engine, then take all the precautions to remove the bolthead of ckp sensor and remove ckp sensor. For installation, relocates the ckp sensor in place and install the ckp sensor bolt again make it tight with its torque as 25n. M (18 lb ft). Reconnect the electrical connector for ckp sensor and replace the Starter back. Finally, do the ckp system variation learn procedure.
