Cylinders should be identified on individual trays where multiple plug removal takes place. After placing the Spark Plug washer correctly install the plug and check the gap that requires adjustment until it reaches 1.524 mm (0.060 in). Start the Spark Plug by hand in the designated cylinder then tighten it to 15 n.m (11 lb ft) when the heads are used or to 20 n.m (15 lb ft) for new heads. Install the Spark Plug wire as the final step.
