    The first step in replacing the power steering cooler involves lifting and supporting the vehicle before placing a drain pan under it. Take away the front fascia while disconnecting power steering cooler hoses from the power steering cooler unit. The next step involves removing the power steering cooler mounting bolts before pulling out the power steering cooler from its position on the radiator support. Mount the power steering cooler properly onto the radiator support based on the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions before installing mounting bolts which should be tightened to 20 Nm (15 ft-lbs). After reattaching the power steering cooler hoses proceed with reinstalling the front fascia and removing the drain pan lying beneath the car. To complete the installation lower the vehicle and perform power steering system filling and bleeding procedures.
