Begin installation by mounting the vacuum booster assembly with its gasket then torque the vacuum booster mounting nuts to 40 nm (30 ft. Lbs.). Install the stop lamp switch to the Pushrod then position it on the brake pedal pin. After attaching the Pushrod retainer to brake pedal pin let the retainer snap into position before reinstalling the left closeout/insulator panel. During installation connect the vacuum hose to both the vacuum booster and engine before reattaching the master cylinder.
