    A:
    The j 23028-01 (Coil Spring Remover and Installer) should be used for servicing and repairing the coil spring. Start the procedure by taking out both the stabilizer shaft and the lower Control Arm shock absorber. Position the j 23028-01 (Coil Spring Remover and Installer) on a suitable jack while using this tool to support lower Control Arm Bushings. Crank up the jack until the lower Control Arm pivot bolts experience reduced tension before steering the wheel to one side to clear the lower Control Arm front pivot bolt. Proceed to remove the lower Control Arm pivot bolts followed by the removal of the lower Control Arm rear pivot bolt and the lower Control Arm front pivot bolt. Use the j 23028-01 (Coil Spring Remover and Installer) by slowly lowering it to release tension from the front coil spring and remove both the front coil spring and insulators but maintain careful avoidance of both the lower Control Arm and lower Ball Joint. When installing the assembly position the front coil spring with insulators on the lower Control Arm so that one inspection drain has coil spring obstruction but the opposite hole either reveals part of the opening or is completely uncovered. Use j 23028-01 (Coil Spring Remover and Installer) to support the Control Arm before placing the coil spring along with its insulator into the upper spring seat on the frame. The j 23028-01 (Coil Spring Remover and Installer) helps elevate the lower Control Arm to install it onto the frame while maintaining proper steering linkage clearance by following bolt installation order. The technician must begin assembly by installing the lower Control Arm front pivot bolt with its new nut and next install the lower Control Arm rear pivot bolt with its new nut. Tighten the lower Control Arm's pivot bolts nuts with the front suspension loaded by applying 115 nm (85 ft. Lbs.) to the front bolt and 98 nm (72 ft. Lbs.) to the rear bolt. To finish the job use the coil spring remover and installer to remove j 23028-01 then install the shock absorber and stabilize the lower Control Arm through its link before verifying the wheel alignment.
