First, drain the cooling system and remove the engine cover to replace the engine Coolant Temperature Sensor. Unplug the Coolant Temperature Sensor electrical connector from the electrical harness at the Intake Manifold and from the Intake Manifold bracket. Then, disconnect the Cylinder Head. It's located next to the driver's area of the car. It measures temperature conversion from the cooling system of the instrument's car. For installation, remember to install the coop temperature sensor to the Cylinder Head and tighten it to 20 nm (15 ft. Lbs.). Snap the circuit on the electrical connector for the Coolant Temperature Sensor over the bracket on the Intake Manifold and connect it with the wiring harness at the Intake Manifold. Lastly, replace the engine cover and pour in some coolant into the system.
