GMC Savana 2500 Washer Reservoir Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to replace the Washer Reservoir and pump on GMC Savana 2500?
A: First take out the master cylinder leaving Brake Lines connected before you can switch the Washer Pump and reservoir. You need to take the master cylinder out and use a tool to unscrew the washer solvent container bolt. After that, raise the container to reach the washer hose and electrical connector. Detach the washer hose and electrical connector from the Washer Pump before taking out both parts from their container. Locate the Washer Pump back into its container then link the electrical and washer hoses while inserting the washer solvent container into its chassis holes. Position the washer solvent container and bolt it down at 10 n.m torque before putting back the master cylinder.
