    You need to take off the vacuum Brake Booster check valve from its location within the vacuum Brake Booster unit. Take off the vacuum Brake Booster hose clamp at the check valve before extracting the check valve from the pipe. After removing the Intake Manifold proceed with the standard replacement instructions for your ly2/ly6, lc9/lmg/ly5/l76, l92 first design and l92 second design rpos. The vacuum Brake Booster hose needs to come off from where it connects to the engine while you remove the hose from the overall vehicle. Secure the vacuum Brake Booster hose at its engine position before connecting and clamping the vacuum Brake Booster check valve to the hose assembly. You should connect the vacuum Brake Booster check valve to its housing.

    You must disconnect the vacuum Brake Booster check valve from its location inside the booster unit. Disconnect the vacuum Brake Booster hose clamp near the check valve and remove the check valve from its place on the hose. Pull out the Intake Manifold before unclipping the vacuum booster hose at its engine connection until you can bring the hose out of the vehicle. By reaching the engine first you must connect the vacuum Brake Booster hose and subsequently add the vacuum Brake Booster check valve over the hose while keeping it in place with the hose clamp. Connect the vacuum Brake Booster check valve to its final position on the Brake Booster.

Remove the vacuum Brake Booster hose from the engine connection before taking the part out of the vehicle. Connect the vacuum Brake Booster tube at the engine port and mount the vacuum Brake Booster check valve onto the hose using the clamping tool. Fix the vacuum Brake Booster check valve onto its final position within the vacuum Brake Booster.
