    Q:
How to replace the front suspension sway bar link on Chevrolet SSR? Posted by Customer
    A:
The first step to replace the Sway Bar Link within the front suspension consists of vehicle elevating and suspension support procedures. When installing the Sway Bar Link make sure to not apply pressure to the link that could harm the boot since such damage may cause additional problems. Fasten the new Sway Bar Link to the lower Control Arm before connecting it to the sway bar. Appropriately thread the Sway Bar Link to the lower Control Arm retaining nut and stabilize the link by tightening it with the stated fastener precautions before fastening the link to the sway bar retaining nut. The last step requires tightening Sway Bar Link retaining nuts to 100 nm (74 ft. Lbs.) before lowering the vehicle.
