Sunroof Glass Weatherstrip

To install a new front door opening Weather Strip, first, open the front door and pull out the carpet retainers. Next, remove the front door Weather Strip from the pinch-weld flange. To install, place new Weather Strip on the flange on the body and reattach the carpet retainers before closing front door.

You should start by putting the rear window in its complete downward position to change the rear door window weather strip. Begin by removing the trim panel which holds part number 123456 and subsequently detach the water deflector carrying part number 234567. You should start by extracting the inner sealing strip labeled part number: 345678 and also the stationary window molding with part number: 456789. Phase one requires pulling the door weather strip away before taking out the window weather strip from the door itself. Begin by setting the window weather strip on the door starting from the corner then extend both ways until it seats firmly. Check the glass position within the window while you close the window to verify that the weather strip is correctly seated. Begin the installation by attaching the stationary window molding which has part number 456789 followed by the inner sealing strip numbered 345678 then the water deflector numbered 234567 before finishing with the trim panel identified as part number 123456.

Lift the rear door window inner belt sealing strip off of the weld flange.

Press the new sealing strip firmly onto the weld flange until fully seated, then reinstall the front door trim panel and raise the front door window.

Press the weatherstrip onto the lower pinch-weld flange, ensuring it fits around the lower mid gate opening.

Take out the door window and carefully pull the window weatherstrip from the door.

Press the weatherstrip onto the lower pinch-weld flange, working around the lower midgate opening.

Reinstall the front door window.

Lift the sealing strip off the weld flange.

Carefully take off the weatherstrip from the perimeter of the sunroof window.

Ensure it is fully seated.

Press the new strip firmly onto the weld flange until fully seated, then reinstall the front door trim panel and raise the front door window.

First, attach the end gate weatherstrip upper molds to the roof module using the integral push-pins.

Position the window weatherstrip to the door starting in the corner and work out in both directions, ensuring it is firmly seated.

Ensure the front end is inserted into the gap formed by the weatherstrip and the door inner panel, the rear end is flush to the rear leg of the weatherstrip, and that it does not interfere with the window's path.

Position the pre-formed corner in the upper rear corner of the door opening and push the weatherstrip onto the pinch weld flange, starting at the pre-formed corner and working around the entire edge of the door opening.

Reinstall the sunroof window.

Remove the tape backing as the seal is applied.

First, open the liftgate and pull the weatherstrip from the liftgate opening pinch-weld flange.

Carefully take off the sunroof window weatherstrip from the perimeter of the sunroof window.

Remove the rear door sill plate.

Close the hood.

Close the hood.

Lift upward on the forward edge of the sealing strip and remove it from the pinch-weld flange.

Close the front and rear side access doors.

Close the liftgate window.

Open the side doors on either the right or left side.

Take out the front window outer belt sealing strip and the front door window.

Begin by opening the endgate and the moveable roof.

Reinstall the push pin retainers to the front door sealing weatherstrip at the base of the pillar and close the doors.

Use a rubber mallet to ensure full engagement of the weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange.

It seals the inner and outer door panels and the window at the belt line.

Remove the front door sill plate.

Position the pre-formed corner of the weatherstrip in the upper rear corner of the door opening.

Open the side doors on either the right or left side.

Open the side doors on either the right or left side.

Install the new rear side door weatherstrip by locating the butt joint at the bottom center of the window opening and setting the weatherstrip around the window opening.

Open the liftgate and pull the weatherstrip from the liftgate opening pinch-weld flange.
