The process starts with throttle body air inlet duct removal followed by cooling system drainage. First disconnect the throttle body inlet hose's clamp from both the coolant pipe and throttle body before taking out the throttle body inlet hose. Begin installation by putting in the throttle body inlet hose followed by attaching it to the throttle body then the coolant pipe . Reinstall the throttle body air inlet duct after filling the cooling system with fluid.

Draining the cooling system marks the beginning of Radiator outlet hose replacement work. Start by using hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to move the clamp at the water pump housing before detaching the Radiator outlet hose from this location. First drain the cooling system then utilize hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to remove the hose clamp at the Radiator before disconnecting the Radiator outlet hose from its location on the Radiator. Remove the Radiator outlet hose. Start Radiator outlet hose installation by mounting the new hose onto the Radiator before connecting it to the Radiator unit. The hose clamp pliers (J 38185) helps secure the hose through hose clamp repositioning at the Radiator before connecting the outlet hose to the water pump housing. You must finish the hose installation process by replacing the hose clamp at the water pump housing with hose clamp pliers (J 38185). Then add liquid to the cooling system.

To replace the throttle body heater hose start your replacement by dissembling the air cleaner intake duct, add draining the cooling system. Then, unscrew the throttle body inlet hose clamp and hose from the coolant pipe, followed by throttle body inlet hose clamp and hose from the throttle body and the vehicle. In installing, first connect the throttle body inlet hose and the hose clamp to the throttle body, and then to the coolant piping. Lastly, install the air cleaner intake duct back and refill the cooling system.

The procedure starts by taking away the air cleaner intake duct and draining half of the cooling system. Begin by removing the Throttle Body outlet hose clamp and hose from the Coolant Pipe then remove the Throttle Body clamp and hose from the vehicle and body. Start installation by mounting the Coolant Pipe hose as well as clamp to the Throttle Body and then to the outlet. Re-install the air cleaner intake duct while performing a cooling system fill.

Start with taking off the air cleaner and duct assembly, and then remove the throttle cable bracket before you can get to the hose clamp. Pour out the coolant until you see that it is under the throttle body heater hoses. Remove the hose clamp with the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) and take off the throttle body heater inlet hose afterwards. After you have the new hose ready, use the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to tighten the hose clamps. Put the throttle cable bracket back, add coolant as needed, and at last, refit the air cleaner and duct assembly.

Connect it and the clamp to the throttle body followed by connecting it and the clamp to the coolant pipe.

Fill the cooling system.

For installation, begin by installing the new radiator inlet hose and connecting it to the radiator.

Remove the coolant outlet pipe bolts and then the coolant outlet pipe itself, discarding the old O-ring seal.

Install the coolant inlet pipe bolts, ensuring to tighten the water outlet upper bolt to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.) and the water outlet lower bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).

Remove the air cleaner and duct assembly.
