    Q:
How to service the Air Inject Check Valve on Chevrolet K3500? Posted by Customer
    A:
To maintain the Air Injection Check Valve, first loosen the bolt holding the AIR crossover Bank 1 bracket in place, next, disconnect the AIR crossover hose from Bank 1, the AIR pump hose from the valve and the Bank 2 AIR pipe as well. Then, take out the AIR valve bracket bolt and take the valve out from its bracket. The bracket should be reattached to your ski using the AIR valve bolt. Start by hooking the Bank 2 AIR pipe, then the AIR pump output hose to the AIR valve and finally connect the AIR crossover Bank 1 hose. After that, attach the bolt to secure the AIR crossover Bank 1 hose bracket.

    Q:
How to remove and install the Air Inject Check Valve from the air pump on GMC C3500? Posted by Customer
    A:
Take off the negative Battery Cable and then remove the shut off valve inlet and outlet hoses. After that, loosen the retainer screw and get rid of the air shut off valve retainer before removing the valve from the air pump. Fit the air shut off valve onto the air pump and attach it with the retainer screw. Link the vacuum hose to the air shut off valve again and then add the inlet and outlet hoses to that valve.

    Q:
How to service the Air Inject Check Valve on GMC C2500? Posted by Customer
    A:
The next step for servicing the air injection control valve begins with removing the clamp securing the Air Hose first from the air pump assembly base followed by the clamp securing the Air Hose from the air pump shut-off valve. Detach the vacuum line from the vacuum port of the air pump shut-off valve while removing the Air Hose from its outlet port. Proceed by releasing the air pump shut-off valve inlet port so it disconnects from the outlet hose of the air pump. The installation sequence begins by hooking up the air pump outlet hose to the air pump shut-off valve inlet port after which the vacuum line should be joined to the air pump shut-off valve vacuum port. Reposition the Air Hose to join the air pump shut-off valve inlet port before fastening it with a clamp while connecting the Air Hose to the air pump assembly base with a clamp.
