How to replace the front brake caliper bracket (J55) on 2000 Cadillac DeVille?

When fixing the j55 front Brake Caliper Bracket you need to drain two-thirds of the brake fluid from your master cylinder. After that place support under the vehicle and detach the tire and wheel set. Check the caliper mounting bracket condition as you take off the caliper and bracket units from the Steering Knuckle. First mount the caliper mounting bracket onto the Steering Knuckle assembly then install the caliper. Put back the wheel and tire and take away the support stands before putting the vehicle down. Press the brake pedal gently yet firmly while allowing it to return slowly to position the brake pads properly.
