How to replace the rear wheel bearing assembly on 2001 Buick Century?

The combined Wheel Bearing and hub design of the rear wheel cannot be worked on separately because a replacement of both parts is needed when damaged. Before anything else you should lift the vehicle and put support under it followed by removing the tires and wheels. First detach the rear caliper and bracket before taking off the brake rotor. Extract the abs electrical wiring from the Wheel Speed Sensor then detach the rear Wheel Hub and park brake component. First remove both components the park brake lever bracket and park brake actuator. You must install the park brake lever bracket before putting in the park brake actuator. Secure the rear Wheel Hub and park brake system to the knuckle with brand new bolts that need to be tightened to 75 nm (55 ft. Lbs.). You should join the abs electrical connector to the Wheel Speed Sensor before installing the brake rotor and setting the rear caliper and bracket assembly. After preparation place the tires and wheels back onto the vehicle then lower it into the proper position.
