The first step to install a new left automatic transmission mount starts by elevating and sustaining the vehicle. Begin by taking out the left front wheel and tire. Next place a jack stand beneath the transmission's left side to support the powertrain. The install process starts with removing the mount stud nut from the mount stud until the mount gets separated from the mount bracket. Also discard the nut , bolt , and nuts present in the vehicle. Lower the powertrain carefully with the stand jack then extract the mount. Start by fitting the rear mount onto the left frame rail before applying 70 Nm torque (52 ft. lbs) to the mount bolt , nut and nuts . After elevating the powertrain with the jack stand to load the mount, install the mount stud nut and tighten it to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.). Put away the jack stand while you reattach the left front wheel and tire before lowering the car.
