How to replace the rear automatic motor and transmission mount on 2000 Buick LeSabre?

Start by raising and supporting the vehicle when you replace its rear automatic transmission mount. First lift the vehicle then remove the left front tire and wheel and place a jack stand under the transmission's left side to hold up the powertrain. Disassemble the mount by first removing its mount stud nut that separates the mount from its mount bracket before uninstalling the vehicle's nut , bolt and nuts . You should lower the powertrain with the jack stand while it is installed before removing the mount. Reinstall the mount by setting it onto the left frame rail while torquing the bolt and nut and nuts to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.). Position the powertrain on the jack stand for mounting before installing the mount stud nut which requires torque to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.). Place the jack stand aside and follow by reattaching the left front tire and wheel then lowering the vehicle back to the ground.
