How to replace the LH automatic transmission mount, Motor And Transmission Mount on 2001 Cadillac DeVille?

Strongly raise the vehicle and utilize a jack to support the powertrain assembly before the left automatic transmission mount replacement begins. Position the jack below the transmission mount to lower the engine while you remove the securing nut connecting the mount to the transmission mount bracket. Follow these steps to remove the mount: first unscrew bolt and nut attaching it to the frame and next remove 2 nuts holding it to the frame before extracting the mount . Begin by mounting the component before attaching the mount bolt and nut to the frame structure. Secure these fasteners at 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.). Lift the engine and transmission assembly to its designated position before attaching the nut to the mount and mount bracket and tightening it to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.). Lower the vehicle after removing the engine assembly support jack.
