The vehicle engine must exceed 48°c (120°F) in temperature to make the Oxygen Sensor easier to remove. When working with the j 39194-b tool to remove the ho2s you must maintain a clean field by avoiding both grease and dirt and cleaning solvents and handle the sensor tenderly to stop any form of damage. Apply the anti-seize compound p/n 5613695 or equivalent to sensor threads for installation while using the tool j 39194-b. Install the ho2s by using the j 39194-b at 41 n.m (30 lb ft). Lower the vehicle and complete the electrical connection after the process.
