  A: Start the Antenna cable replacement by taking out the radio and heater/ac control assembly then moving on to the Center Console and right side insulator panel. Note where the body electrical harness runs through the instrument panel before disconnecting the body electrical harness from its retainer and taking out the Antenna cable. To work on the body electrical harness on the floor start by taking out the right side carpet retainer and pulling back the carpet. There you will find the body electrical harness retainer on the right side of the vehicle that allows you to access and extract the Antenna cable from its harness. After you have removed the body electrical harness from the conduit disconnect the Antenna cable from the harness. Follow the Antenna cable into the rear compartment to disconnect it from the power Antenna then remove it from the electrical harness inside the rear compartment. First install the Antenna cable to your vehicle then guide it from the rear compartment to the passenger compartment until it reaches the power Antenna. Fasten the Antenna cable to the body wiring harness with electrical tape if required before placing the body electrical harness/Antenna Cable into the conduit alignment and body harness within the passenger area while using electrical tape to bind the coaxial wires. Secure the body electrical harness/Antenna Cable to the wiring retainer on the right side of the vehicle while also reconnecting the Antenna cable to the wiring harness on the floor using new electrical tape as appropriate. Reinstallation requires the right side carpet followed by the right side carpet retainer then the Antenna cable attached to the instrument panel electrical harness and wrapped with new electrical tape. Installation of the electrical harness on the instrument panel follows by retaining the electrical harness with the retainer before reinstalling the right side insulator panel with the Center Console and radio and heater a/c control assembly.
