2002 Chevrolet Corvette Washer Pump Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to service the Windshield Washer Pump on 2002 Chevrolet Corvette?
A: Before working on the washer pump, take out the washer solvent container, and then break the connection between the pump and the connector and hose. Fit a small flat-bladed tool underneath the washer pump to separate it from the solvent container, and then use the same tool to torn the washer pump seal away from the container. First, place the washer pump seal into the container and push it in so it stays, then fit the washer pump in and push it in until it's all the way down. Now, hook up the washer pump hose and the electrical connector, and afterwards attach the washer solvent container back in place.
