How to service the Windshield Washer Pump on Chevrolet Corvette?

Begin the windshield Washer Pump service by taking off the two nuts that secure the washer solvent reservoir and the hose retention clamp from the frame rail stud. Pull out the washer solvent reservoir from its wheelhouse location and detach both electrical plug and washer hose at the Washer Pump it serves. Separate the washer solvent reservoir and empty washer solvent from its storage tank. Take out the Washer Pump assembly and its contents from the reservoir through its fluid level sensor. Swerve the fluid level sensor into the washer solvent reservoir before adding the Washer Pump and seal into their proper positions. Fit the electrical circuit and washer hose to the pump to connect them to the fluid level sensor. Put the washer solvent reservoir onto studs at both frame rail and wheelhouse positions and thread the hose retention clamp onto the frame rail stud. Secure the washer solvent reservoir using its attaching nuts until they reach 7.5 n.m (66 lb in) torque. Add washer solvent into the fluid container at the end of the process.
