Effortlessly turn the Brake Caliper Piston counterclockwise with a spanner type wrench until both the caliper piston and the dust boot seal emerge together. Discard both the caliper bore piston dust boot seal and piston seal. After removing the bleeder valve you must reposition the park brake actuator lever return spring so it can reduce tension. Check the integral park brake operation but do not disassemble the mechanism until replacement of the brake caliper assembly due to binding or seizing.
