How to replace the defroster Blend Door Actuator on 2003 Chevrolet Corvette?

In order to replace the defroster actuator, de-mount the I/P upper trim pad and dis-assemble the RH side window defogger duct. Dislodge the vacuum harness off of the actuator and tighten the defrost door handle. Disassemble the old actuator and fit the new one, making sure that there is a good alignment and connection. Lastly, re-fit the trim pad and re-set the actuators.
