How to replace the wiper arm on 2004 Buick Century?

When changing the wiper arm, ensure that ignition on is turned on, set wipers to delay and ignition on is turned off with the arms at the bottom. Disconnect, take off nut cover and nut then use wiper arm puller to take arm off. Insert arms to correct positions, tighten nut, re-cover, reconnect hose and test.
