How to replace the Windshield Washer Pump on 2004 Cadillac SRX?

Start by taking off both the lower air deflector and passenger side front wheelhouse liner before changing the windshield washer pump. Empty washer solvent into a container before you take off the hose and electrical connection from the washer pump. Take out the washer pump from the container in which washer fluid is kept. Apply washer solvent to the washer pump intake nozzle to help you place it into the washer container before securing the pump in position and checking its tight attachment. Reconnect the washer pump with the wire connection point and hose before fixing back the passenger wheel area and bottom air deflectors. Open the hood then add washer solvent to the tank followed by testing the pump functionality until you shut the hood.
