  A: Drain the cooling system and remove the Radiator support to change the surge tank outlet hose assembly. Use the j 38185 hose clamp pliers to slacken tension on the surge tank outlet hose clamp at the surge tank, and disconnect the surge tank outlet hose from the surge tank. Next, unscrew the surge tank outlet hose assembly from the support tabs on the cooling Fan Shroud and the underhood junction box retainer clip. Again using the j 38185, open and remove the tension on the surge tank outlet hose clamp at the heater pipe assembly and disconnect the hose from the heater pipe assembly. Proceed by using the j 38185 to release the tension on the Radiator inlet hose clamp on the Radiator and disconnect the inlet hose from the Radiator. Repeat this in the engine removing the Radiator inlet hose as well. Relax tension on the surge tank outlet hose clamp at the Thermostat Housing and unhook the hose from the Thermostat Housing before pulling the surge tank outlet hose assembly off the vehicle. For installation, clean coolant lubricates the insides of the hoses, then connect the surge tank outlet hose assembly by attaching it to the Thermostat Housing at an engagement of tension on the clamp. Install the Radiator inlet hose by connecting to the engine and Radiator andtmpl599640unturing the clamps onto each part using the j 38185. And the surge tank outlet hose synthesizes the heater pipe assembly and wraps tension on the clamp, then make it attach to the underhood junction box retainer clip and the attachment tabs of the cooling Fan Shroud. Last, connect the surge tank outlet hose to the surge tank, tighten up tension on the clamp with the j38185, reinstall the Radiator component, and fill the cooling process.
