The front transmission mount bracket requires removal for the front transmission mount replacement process. Once you've lifted the vehicle you should now provide it with support. The next step involves removing the nut connecting the front transmission mount to the frame and lowering the vehicle until you remove the front transmission mount. Put the front transmission mount stud (long) through the engine frame hole before raising and supporting the vehicle for installation. Secure the front transmission mount to the frame with the nut then tighten it to 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.). Reset the front transmission mount bracket while the vehicle is lowered.
