First unfasten bolts securing the power steering fluid reservoir to create access during which you need to maintain the power steering fluid lines connected to the reservoir. The procedure starts with disconnecting the electrical connector of the cmp sensor and removing both the cmp sensor bolt and sensor. Begin installation of the cmp sensor by securing it with the cmp sensor bolt until it reaches a torque of 10 n.m (89 lb in) according to fastener notice in service precautions. Next resume power from the cmp sensor electrical connector before reinstalling the power steering fluid reservoir.
