How to replace the ignition coil on 2005 Chevrolet Corvette?

Before replacing the Ignition Coil, disconnect negative Battery Cable first, closely adhering to the battery disconnect caution. Then, remove the fuel rail cover and disconnect at the Ignition Coil harness connector and at the Ignition Coil the spark plug wire. Remove the Ignition Coil mounting bolts and remove the Ignition Coil. For installation, return the Ignition Coil to position and screw it rearwards into place with the mounting bolts to a tightness of 12 n.m (106 lb in). Reconnect the spark plug wire to the Ignition Coil, the Ignition Coil harness connector, tightening the harness bolt to 12 n.m (106 lb in). Lastly, install the fuel rail cover, attach negative Battery Cable and program the transmitters if needed.
