  A: Merging new Radiator installation requires the a/c system to have its refrigerant recovered while draining the cooling system fluid. Disconnect the Radiator inlet hose through the use of hose clamp pliers (J38185) at the Radiator by releasing tension from the clamp on the hose. The cooling fan and shroud assembly needs to be lifted up to free its tabs from the Radiator slots before the assembly can be removed. The first step involves relocated clamping of the surge tank inlet hose at the Radiator. Afterwards disconnect the surge tank inlet hose and proceed with disconnecting the upper transmission oil cooler line if equipped. Engine oil cooler users must disconnect their upper line leading to the cooler. Extract tension on the Radiator outlet hose clamp at the Radiator using hose clamp pliers (J38185) after lifting the vehicle and creating support.
