How to replace the front wheel bearing/hub on 2005 Chevrolet Venture?

You must raise and stabilize the vehicle before taking off the tire and wheel to change the front Wheel Bearing/hub. Take off the wheel speed sensor electrical connector from its bracket. First take off both Brake Caliper Bracket and brake caliper before you handle the brake rotor. Insert the j 28733-b front hub spindle remover (J 28733-B) by putting three wheel nuts onto its threads and attaching it to the Wheel Bearing/hub for removal. The j 28733-b tool should be used to push out the wheel drive shaft from the Wheel Bearing/hub assembly while you take out and throw away all Wheel Bearing/hub bolts keeping the outer seal boot intact. Put on the newly installed Wheel Bearing/hub after tightening new fasteners to maintain stable vehicle handling. Use a torque wrench to fasten the new Wheel Bearing/hub bolts to 130 nm (96 lb ft). After that install the wheel drive shaft nut as well as both the brake rotor and the Brake Caliper Bracket with the brake caliper. Secure the connector clip onto the bracket correctly before you attach the wheel speed sensor electrical connector on top of the bracket. Set the wheel in place before dropping the vehicle to its normal position.
