Start by taking off the front air deflector retainers with the front air deflector and continue by removing the lower air baffle push pin retainers. Start by removing the upper bolts from the condenser bracket then the lower mounting bolts. Unbolt the discharge line and separate it from the condenser while discarding the o-ring. Fit a fresh o-ring to the condenser tube before connecting the tube to the condenser using a condenser tube bolt with torque set to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Begin by fastening the condenser lower mounting bolts to 5.4 n.m (48 lb in) torque and then torque the upper bracket bolts to the same value. Install the lower air deflector push pin retainers followed by the front air deflector and its retainers. After lowering the vehicle put in the Power Steering Cooler mounting bolts. The a/c system evacuation and recharging process should end by conducting fitting leak tests through the halogen leak detector (J 39400-A).
