Then remove the nut and bolt which connects the trailing arm to the trailing arm bracket. Finally extract the trailing arm from the vehicle. You must install the trailing arm bracket by putting in the bolt and nut before tightening them to 105 Nm (77 ft. lbs.). Connect the trailing arm to the knuckle for installation and tighten the nut to 240 Nm (177 ft. lbs.) by using a bolt for support. Finally, lower the vehicle.
