Before servicing and repairing the trailing arm, lift and support the vehicle. Unbolt the tire and wheel assembly and then get rid of the ABS electrical harness. Next, unbolt the trailing arm from the knuckle as well as remove the trailing arm bracket to take the trailing arm off. Reconnect the ABS electric harnesrt, fit the tire and wheel assembly, and finally lower the motor vehicle. The tools required to carry out this procedure are the Torque Angle Meter (J 36660-A).
