  A: The Ignition Coil replacement process begins by removing the Intake Manifold cover then detaching the Brake Booster Vacuum Hose at the Intake Manifold. Begin by removing the Ignition Coil's two connectors: engine harness electrical connector and Spark Plug Wires (2, 4 and 6 and 1, 3 and 5). The Ignition Coil procedure begins with removing the engine harness clip along with the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) clip from the Ignition Coil bracket. Then tighten the Ignition Coil bolts/nuts before extracting the Ignition Coil. Remove the Ignition Coil studs only when needed.
