How to replace the left side exhaust manifold (LP1, LY7) on 2007 Cadillac CTS?

The replacement process of the left side Exhaust Manifold (LP1, LY7) requires first removing the Exhaust Manifold heat shield together with the oil level indicator and Catalytic Converter nuts followed by Exhaust Manifold bolts while forfeiting the gasket reuse.
