How to replace the power steering cooler (LY7 w/o V92) on 2007 Cadillac STS?

Vehicle service requires rotation of power steering coolant (LY7 w/o V92) through the following steps: lift and stabilize the vehicle while removing the front air deflector. Drain the vehicle and remove the Power Steering Cooler bolts from its brackets before disconnecting steering lines from the cooler. First remove the Power Steering Cooler before installing its new counterpart followed by connecting the power steering lines and securing the brackets and their bolts at 9 n.m (80 lb in). After finishing installation, take away the drain pan and put the front air deflector back on, then lower the vehicle while performing power steering system bleeds.
