Replacing the Power Steering Cooler (LH2 or LY7 with V92) begins with raising and supporting the vehicle followed by front air deflector removal. A drain pan should be placed below the vehicle before you remove Power Steering Cooler bolts from Power Steering Cooler brackets while disconnecting power steering lines from the cooler. You should install the new Power Steering Cooler after removing it then connect the power steering lines and bolt the brackets so tighten them to 9 n.m (80 lb in). After installation dispose of the drain pan while reinstalling the front air deflector followed by lowering the vehicle then performing power steering system bleeding.
