First remove the Radiator support upper fascia retainers then detach the Radiator bracket bolt followed by removing the Radiator bracket from the Radiator. Detach the clamp from the Radiator inlet hose before extracting it from Radiator and engine connections. Start by fitting the Radiator inlet hose to the engine while using the clamp for attachment. You can attach the Radiator inlet hose onto its fixture and complete it with clamping. Before reattaching the upper Radiator bracket follow the indicated fastener notice then mount the bracket bolt to the Radiator support while tightening it to 20 n.m (15 lb ft). The installation completes with the reattachment of upper fascia retainers to the Radiator support followed by filling the cooling system.
