How to replace the front wheel speed sensor on 2007 Chevrolet HHR?

Start the replacement process by taking off the left front wheel. Release the vss electrical connector while also removing the retainer bolt and the retainer as you extract the vss. Replace the broken o-ring then hydrate a new one with transmission fluid before you add it to its mounting place. After installing the vss assembly follow the fastener notice to lock the parts down with the vss retainer bolt which requires tension at 9 n.m (80 lb in). Reinstall the left front wheel after you reconnect the vss connector to the vss .
