How to replace the canister purge valves on 2008 Cadillac XLR?

To do away with the Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve, take off the fuel injector sight shield. Next to this, there is still an engine vacuum pipe that needs to be disconnected from the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve to the intake manifold EVAP pipe and also disconnection to the engine purge pipe to the EVAP canister purge valve and EVAP canister purge valve harness connector. After the replacement of the EVAP canister purge valve, install the new valve and push the harness connector to the valve. Next, link the engine purge pipe to the chassis purge pipe, and the engine vacuum pipe to the EVAP canister purge valve. Lastly, install the fuill injector sight shield.
