To replace the engine oil pressure sensor and or switch, one should first remove oil pressure sensor heat shield nut and shield. Then, disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connection and take off engine oil pressure sensor. For installation, start with the installation of the engine oil pressure sensor to tighten it to 16 N.m (12 lb ft). Next, connect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector, replace the oil pressure sensor heat shield and nut, tighten the nut to the torque of 10 N.m (89 lb in).
