How to replace Heated Oxygen Sensor 1 on 2008 Chevrolet Impala?

In order to replace heated Oxygen Sensor 1, first, disconnect the heater Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) electrical connector and remove the connector position assurance (CPA) retainer. Then, undo the Oxygen Sensor electrical connector from the ignition coil bracket, and take out the ho2s from the Exhaust Manifold. When installing, put anti-seize compound p/n 12377953 on threads of the old sensor if it is going to be reinstalled, because anti-seize compound is a compound use liquid graphite and glass beads that take less work to take off. Install the ho2s to the Exhaust Manifold and tighten it up to 42 n.m (31 lb ft). Next, link the ho2s electric link, screw the cpa retainer into place next, and at last an association of the Oxygen Sensor electric bedside to the ignition coil railing.
