How to replace the blower motor on 2010 Cadillac STS?

To change the blower motor, take off the right close out insulator panel and the instrument panel compartment. Deconnect the blower motor connectors and take the screws that hold the blower motor. Install the new blower motor and adhere to the instructions on the fasteners and then reheat the electrical connectors and reattach the compartment and panel.
