  A: Initiate intermediate Steering Shaft replacement (JL7) by straightening front wheels at the steering wheel followed by engine ignition activation with power systems off. Use tape to connect the upper intermediate Steering Shaft to the upper intermediate Steering Shaft actuator boot in order to prevent them from moving independently.
