How to replace the A/C Expansion Valve on 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt?

Removal of the charge air cooler inlet pipe should be made to recover the refrigerant and replace the A/C Expansion Valve. Unattach the condenser tube and the evaporator hose and take off the A/C Expansion Valve and seal washers. Installation of new seal washers and A/C Expansion Valve, being careful with the bolts. Install the inlet pipe again and do a leak test.
