How to replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 2 on 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

To replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor - Bank 1 Sensor 2, first, raise and support the vehicle vigorously. Remove the connector position assurance (CPA retainer) and the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the HO2S pigtail electrical connector. Disconnect the HO2S pigtail electrical connector clip from the frame and disconnect the HO2S . If re-adding the old HO2S, cover the threaded portion with anti-seize GM P/N 12377953 or similar because a special anti-seize that is applied to the HO2S threads is liquid graphite and class beads to make it easier to extract the HO2S. Install the HO2S and screw it to the 42 Nm (31 lbft). Replace the HO2S pigtail electrical connector clip onto the frame and the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the HO2S pigtail electrical connector and fix the CPA retainer before lifting the vehicle.
