The Power Steering Pump replacement begins with placing the drain pan underneath the vehicle followed by recovery reservoir removal and setting it aside. Remove the accessory Drive Belt from the Power Steering Pump pulley followed by disconnecting the wiring harness that is nearby the pump. Owners should break away the power steering pressure line through power steering pressure hose replacement and the power steering return hose through power steering return hose replacement. Use a wrench to extract the mounting bolts from the Power Steering Pump before pulling out the pump the whole assembly. The service requires removal of Power Steering Pump pulley (Power Steering Pulley Replacement) followed by the Power Steering Reservoir (Power Steering Reservoir Replacement - Off Vehicle (CB Series)).
