For the installation, make sure that the lower Control Arm vertical bushing is placed in the same position as it was removed to preserve the original vehicle ride, handling, and road feel. Position the bushing flange on the mark on the Control Arm and align the flat with the 30-degree mark, based on the centering but with the thin slot exposed to the outboard. Place the bushing into the Control Arm, applying j 23444-a (or similar high pressure lubricant) to the threads of the puller bolt (J 21474-27). Assemble the installation tools: puller bolt (J21474-27); j 41014-1; bushing installer (J21474-5); nut (J21474-4); tighten nut (J21474-4), disassembled the tools and finally installed the lower Control Arm.
