How to replace the front suspension sway bar link on Buick Rainier?

A mechanic needs to start Sway Bar Link replacement by raising and supporting the vehicle. First unfasten the link from the retaining nut on the lower Control Arm and from the sway bar retaining nut before uninstalling the link. Avoid prying the Sway Bar Link to protect the boot from damage since such damage will create additional complications. The installation requires you to join the Sway Bar Link to the lower Control Arm before tightening the lower Control Arm retaining nut. Lay the Sway Bar Link across the sway bar before fastening it with the sway bar retaining nut and tightening both nuts to 155 nm (114 ft. Lbs.). Finally, lower the vehicle.
